JACOB WISMER PTO SCHOLARSHIP
WHO IS ELIGIBLE
JACOB WISMER ELEMENTARY ALUMNI
Any senior who attended Jacob Wismer and who plans to continue his/her education after high school graduation is eligible.
Student must have completed at least one full year at Jacob Wismer.
GRANT AMOUNT
Scholarship recipient will receive a check for $500 towards the student’s post-secondary school education (college, trade school, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
1. Completed Jacob Wismer Scholarship Application
2. Current Transcript
3. List of all high school activities, clubs, teams, etc.
4. Letter of recommendation (i.e. from teacher, club leader, employer, etc.)
5. Minimum of 250 word autobiography including how being a student at Jacob Wismer shaped you and a description of your future goals
6. Volunteer work description and hours served

1. Academic achievement
2. Character that reflects good citizenship and a high degree of accomplishment
3. Service to others
